From December 2019 to February 2020, in coordination with Masar Ibrahim, several different trainings were held across Palestine dealing with Palestinian heritage.

Throughout December 2019, three trainings regarding promotion and communication of heritage were presented in Hebron, Bethlehem and Ramallah. The objectives of the training were to improve heritage promotion by provide new levels of awareness through tools and methodologies to different target audiences, facilitate the ownership of awareness tools developed by the EU project for the promotion of heritage, and to strengthen the private and public networks for the goal of working together to promote heritage. More than 65 organizations and local authorities were in attendance and participated.

And In collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Arab Guides Union, a training on Palestinian Heritage was hosted by the Shepherds Hotel in Bethlehem on January 15, 2020. This training was focused on Palestinian guides for a refresher course to present cultural heritage topics such as olive trees, maqamat, landscape transformation and oral expressions in Palestine. The topics were presented by the researchers who developed the academic research, thereby giving each subject matter the proper context and understanding.  More than 100 guides attended this training, and were equipped with the skills and knowledge of how to communicate the before mentioned topics when guiding locals and internationals. A practical workshop followed the training sessions in order to further build the skills and awareness of the guides.

The training for Palestinian Tour Operators was held on February 18, 2020 at the National Hotel in Jerusalem for tourist service providers with regard to heritage and Palestinian identity.
